Coombehayes Barn offers its visitors exclusive use of a superb indoor heated swimming-pool. It has been recently refurbished to a high standard, with a tasteful mix of clean-living Ikea and antique furniture.

The property is equipped for 12 people and its layout is ideal for two or three family groups wishing to holiday together, whilst retaining some privacy. Upstairs, there are two twin rooms, a double room with King size four poster bed and a family bathroom. There is a separate wing on the ground floor with two Super King double rooms, each with a beamed, vaulted ceiling and ensuite facilities. One of these rooms has a mezzanine above housing two guest beds accessed by a ladder.

There is a large living room with wood-burning stove, additional widescreen TV with Sky, DVD and video player, and a double set of French doors opening on to the terrace. The kitchen/dining room is modern and well-equipped, with slate floor and ample cupboard space. It has a conventional oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and huge dining table. There is an additional kitchenette/utility room next to the ensuite bedrooms and a downstairs cloakroom just off the entrance hall.

The pool room divides this separate wing and the living quarters. The pool measures 23 ft x 13 ft and has roman steps in one corner, enabling easy access*. Adjacent to the pool room, there is a games area with gym equipment, table football, a small library of books, videos and games, as well as a widescreen TV with Playstation 2 and X-box.
